It is compulsary to have an aircond system for LED displays in order for the screen to function at all times. In fact, for screens that are mounted outdoors, keeping the panels cool at all times would be vital to avoid overheating and other related problems. The most obvious solution to this would be to use an air-conditioning system for the LED displays. To find the best option of air-conditioning systems, we know the best brands to be used because the last thing we want to happen is the air-conditioning unit breaking down. This will then be totally counter-productive and defeats the purpose of having the cooling mechanism in the first place. Air-conditioning systems are important not only for outdoor purposes as they must be installed on indoor LED displays especially if you want the displays to run for long duration. In most situations, the air-conditioning system will be running throughout the day and the main issue that needs to be considered would be power consumption. The key to having an affordable option in this context is to find an air-conditioning unit which is energy efficient. For this, we need to consider options like size and capacity. In an extremely hot weather condition, an undersized unit will not be adequate. On the other hand, an oversized unit in a small area would be equally as unproductive. First, you will need to calculate the typical cooling load for your LED display. The cooling capacity is measured by BTU/H.
